"I would recommend Amanda's classes as they are suited to any age group and level. She has a calm, reassuring voice and gives clear instructions to all levels, she assists those who need help with a hands on approach and guidance. I started Pilates with Amanda five years ago now when I was 58yrs old and had never done it before. I wanted to feel fitter and stronger in myself, without getting all hot and bothered in the gym. When I first began my legs felt like sacks of flour, and my neck was as weak as a new born baby. But very slowly as I got better at the exercises and breathing, I felt stronger and now it has become part of my week and is no effort at all. To all those who are new to Pilates, my advice is to be patient as it takes time to learn how to do it, but the benefits are really worth it."
