Pilates is a form of exercise designed to improve posture, core strength, mobilisation and flexibility. It links movement with breath, focuses on body alignment, and teaches you coordination, concentration & control of the body.
FitSteps® is the first dance fusion of its kind which blends the elegant movements of Ballroom and the up-tempo pace of Latin dances, with a series of tried and tested fitness methods into a simple, easy to follow class that works, tones and sculpts the whole body.
From an early age I enjoyed being active. Growing up and throughout my school years I took part in many sports and competed in gymnastics at a national level. With sport playing such a big part of my life, it was inevitable that my chosen career would be in health and fitness.
